Timely payment is mandatory. Delay in payments may result in delayed delivery of data, albums or videos, or suspension of services until dues are cleared.

Dining for the team at the wedding venue is non-negotiable. Alternative arrangements for food outside the venue are not acceptable. We do not photograph or film food counters or guests dining, unless specifically requested.

For events outside Ahmedabad, air travel, local transport and accommodation must be arranged by the client, or will be charged as per actuals.

JeegzArt Photography may use part of the captured data on social media or our website to promote our work. Clients may request exclusive usage rights by paying an additional 20% fee.

Drone coverage is subject to DGCA and other government regulations. The client is responsible for obtaining permission to fly drones from the event venue and local authorities.

Final edited data is preserved for up to 3 months from the delivery date. After this period, data may be permanently removed from our storage systems.

Delays caused by the client, family, makeup artists, planners or venue management may affect coverage quality and timeline — JeegzArt Photography is not responsible for shots missed due to such delays. Clients agree to provide proper cooperation and coordination during the shoot; lack of cooperation may affect final output quality.

Outdoor shoots and drone coverage are subject to weather conditions; alternative coverage methods may be used if needed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents, pandemics, strikes or technical failures.

Album designing begins only after the client finalizes image selections; delays in selection may extend the delivery timeline. Minor revisions are accepted within reasonable limits — major edits, additional retouching, or repeated revisions will be charged extra.

Editing style, colour grading, album design and overall creative direction are solely decided by JeegzArt Photography as per our brand’s artistic vision. Reel and music selection follows current creative trends unless otherwise discussed in advance.

In unavoidable situations, JeegzArt Photography reserves the right to assign associate photographers or cinematographers while maintaining our brand’s quality standards.

Excessive interference or instructions from guests or relatives during photography/videography may affect workflow and final output quality.

The client is responsible for obtaining any permissions required from venues, authorities or organizers for photography/videography coverage. Unedited/raw files, project files and source footage are not part of the standard package unless specifically agreed in writing.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on seasonal workload, project scale and client response time for album selections. Any additional hours, extra events, locations, reels, edits or album pages beyond the agreed package will be charged additionally.

Clients are requested to inform us in advance about important rituals, VIP guests, surprises, performances or special moments to ensure proper coverage. We are not responsible for missed moments due to late event schedules, restrictions imposed by venues/priests/organizers, weather, technical failures beyond our control, or lack of cooperation from guests/family.

In case of cancellation, the booking amount/advance is strictly non-refundable. Final deliverables will only be handed over after complete payment clearance.
