03Photo & Video Usage

Captured wedding photographs and films remain the intellectual property of JeegzArt Photography. We may use select images/clips for portfolio display, social media promotion, and marketing purposes. Clients who prefer their images not be used publicly may request exclusivity, subject to the additional fee outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

04Data Storage & Retention

Final edited data (photos and videos) is securely stored and preserved for up to 3 months from the delivery date, after which it may be permanently removed from our systems. We recommend clients download and back up their delivered files promptly.

05Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. Information may only be shared with:

• Our internal team members and associate photographers/cinematographers working on your event
• Cloud storage and gallery delivery services used to share your final photos/videos
• Payment processing platforms (UPI, bank transfer) for billing purposes
